Activities

  1. Choose New entries to enter a new component key (CNa). Assign a language key (L) to the component key and add a name (Text).
  2. Use the (Pro) field (internal processing key of number component) to determine which function is linked to master number assignment (use the F4 possible entries).

    Example:

    A: Individual master number

    B: Master number = file number

    C: Master number = object number

  3. Use the (Trp) field (transport indicator of master number) to determine the other field to which the master number will be transferred by default (use the F4 possible entries).

    Note

    Example:

    Transfer to finance project number.

  4. Save your entries.
