In this section you define the valuation type for collateral value determination.
Standard settings
When the system is delivered, it contains the following 3 valuation types:
Short value determination
Preliminary valuation
Check valuation
Activities
Select New entries to create new valuation procedures.
For each line:
enter a numeric key for the valuation procedure (VaT).
define whether object data in the collateral value are to be changeable (OC). In collateral value determination, this field determines whether the data which are copied from the object, the building parts and the real estate register can be overwritten. If the field is set to 'changeable', the data can be overwritten. In this case, the original data are not updated, meaning that the data for collateral value determination and for object management may be inconsistent.
