In this section you make the system settings for file processing transactions. You assign the transactions to an activity type and to a function, and define the following:

  • The function call
  • The initialization routine for the transaction call
  • The program for the initialization routine

Standard settings

SAP delivers the following rollover transaction functions:

  • Individual rollover
  • Display contract
  • Loan summary
  • Create payoff

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter a function code.
  3. Enter a short name and a long name for the transaction.
  4. Set up the function call by entering the following:
    • The transaction to be called up
    • The target register the loan should be put into after the transaction
    • The target register category
    • The mode type, which determines whether the function can only be called up in change mode (=X), or also in display mode (space).
  5. Enter the name for the initialization form routine for the transaction call.
  6. Enter the name of the program for calling up the initialization form routine.
  7. Save your entries.
