In this step you define the borrower's note loan security type and set an indicator for BAV reporting. This indicator "Disclose in PRF3 repayment list" determines whether the borrower's note loan involves a "real" borrower's note, which must be disclosed to the BAV in the PRF3 repayment list. All other borrower's notes, such as registered mortgage bonds, are evaluated in the disposals list.

Activities

  1. Choose 'New entries'.
  2. Enter a key for the security type.
  3. Select a PR3 indicator.
  4. Enter a short name and a long name for the security type.
  5. Save your entries.
