Use
Field movements are used to transfer information from a sender table to to a receiver table. In this case the sender table is the document information for documents posted in FI and the receiver table is the Reconciliation Database.
Requirements
Standard settings
Create a field movement with the following settings:
- Receiver Table: FBICRC002T
- Sender Table: ACCHD, ACCIT_GLX, ACCCR
Set up the following field transfers:
Receiver Field Sender Table Sender Field
DOCDT ACCIT_GLX BLDAT
RACCT ACCIT_GLX ALTKT
RASSC ACCIT_GLX VBUND
REFNR ACCIT_GLX XBLNR
Depending on your requirements you may have to set up the above field transfers differently. For example, if the operative chart of accounts corresponds with the group chart of accounts Sender Field ALTKT will probably not be filled. In this case the correct Sender Field is HKONT.
If you created any additional fields you can set up the field transfer for these fields here as well. This is not necessary for any fields which already existed in the structure GLU1 (for these fields the data element was assigned automatically).
