In this work step you can group together different additions and deductions in an addition/deduction procedure.

Status

You control the usage for the cost determination via the status:

  • Status New
    • You can change the addition/deduction procedure but not use it yet.
  • Status Active
    • You can use the addition/deduction structure but you are restricted in how much you can change it.
    • You cannot change or delete additions/deductions that have already been assigned but you can create new additions/deductions.
  • Status Locked
    • You can neither change nor use the addition/deduction procedure.
    • You can delete the addition/deduction procedure, provided that no document in the system links to this procedure.

Version

You can create more than one version for an addition/deduction procedure. This means that a version history is possible.

Technical fields

You assign one technical field to an addition/deduction procedure:

There are the following technical fields:

  • ZAW01 to ZAW05 for additions/deductions as a value
  • ZAP01 bis ZAP05 for additions/deductions as a percentage

The additions/deductions for a procedure become available as additional fields in the costing item.
