In this activity you define price dependencies.

You can make prices, surcharges and discounts dependent on almost every document field. You determine the combination of fields for which you want to create condition records in the condition table.

Requirements

If you want to use a field in the condition table that has not been provided in the Standard System, you have to add the field to the field catalog.

Standard settings

The following condition table is stored in the standard SAP Bill of Services:

  • 370 Customer/Service

Recommendation

Do not change the condition tables provided in the standard SAP System.

If you want to create a new condition table, check how much of the existing condition table you can use as a copying reference.

Activities

  1. Enter a numeric key for the table you want to create.
    You can only choose a name between 501 and 999. If you leave it blank, the system provides a number.
  2. Enter a reference condition table for copying.
  3. Enter a name for the condition table.
  4. Specify whether you want to create the condition table with or without a validity period.
  5. Copy the fields you want in the condition table from the list of valid fields in the field catalog.
  6. Generate the new condition table.
