In this Customizing activity, you define condition types for bills of services (BOS).

Using condition types, you define the price elements that can be mapped in the SAP System. Price elements can be prices, surcharges, discounts, or taxes, for example. Using the condition type, you can, for example, define discounts as a percentage or absolute.

You can store an access sequence for condition types.

Standard settings

The following condition types are delivered for bills of services:

  • ISKO        Calculate costs
  • BPGK        Price component - overhead costs
  • BPMA        Price component - material
  • BPLO        Price component - wage/salary
  • BPSO        Price component - other

There are the following condition types for the gross price:

  • BPST        Gross price master for transferring conditions from service master
  • BPSM        Gross price (manual) for manual entry of price

Recommendation

Do not change the condition types in the SAP System. If you want to create a new condition type, check whether you can use an existing one as a reference.

Activities

  1. Enter the alpha-numeric key of the condition type that you want to create.
    The key should begin with "Z" (customer name space).
  2. Maintain the detail screen for the condition type.
