  1. On the screen "Display and maintain RFC destinations" choose Edit -> Create.
  2. Enter "SEM" as the name of the RFC destination.
  3. Choose Connection type "3" ("Connection to R/3 System").
  4. Make further settings as required.
  5. Save your entries.
