In this step, you schedule variants for the following program:
- RBDMIDOC: Generate IDocs from Change Pointers
Standard settings
A variant catalog has already been created for the standard message types for RBDMIDOC. You can use and enhance these variants.
Activities
- Check which variants are already defined.
- Create a variant for each message type (such as material master, customer master), if none exists.
- To do this, execute the function and enter "RBDMIDOC", then choose Variants and Change.
- Enter a name for the variant and choose Create.
- Enter the message type (for example, MATMAS).
- Maintain the attributes for the variant.
- Save the variant.
- Repeat the process until variants have been created for all master data message types.
