Use
In this IMG activity, you check the settings necessary for printing and assign the notification type with which you want to enter shift notes.
If you want to use a PDF form of your own, you must define a new shop paper for shift notes in the workstep Define Shop Papers and assign the customer-specific PDF form.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP supplies the shop paper SN01 Shift Note (PDF) with the necessary settings enabling the printing of shift notes as PDFs.
Activities
- Choose the workstep Define Shop Papers.
The dialog box Define Work Area: Entry appears.
- Enter N in the Application Area field and choose Enter.
The Change Shop Papers View: Overview screen appears.
- Choose the entry SN01.
- Choose Details to display the settings for the shop paper SN01.
- If you do not want to use the PDF form COCF_SN_PDF used in the standard system, you must adjust this form to suit your requirements using the transaction SFP. Copy the form and change it accordingly.
