In this transaction, you define a strategy for automatic generation of the settlement rule for sales order items. You can also change this strategy sequence later.

Strategies can be prioritized in strategy sequences. A strategy sequence enters the work sequence. You can use strategy sequences for all sending types. You can refer to SAP strategy sequences, or define your own strategy sequences.

Activities

Creating a strategy sequence

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Define a strategy sequence, a corresponding relationship for this, and, as a further option, a settlement profile. If you have entered a settlement profile, this is copied into the sales order as a default value for the settlement profile, as long as you have not entered a settlement profile in the requirements class. If you already entered a settlement profile in the requirements class, then this is copied as default value first.
  3. Save your entries.
  4. Choose Back.

    Your newly created strategy sequence appears in alphabetical order in list of strategy sequences.

Delete strategy sequence

  1. Choose one or several strategy sequences.
  2. Choose Delete.

Further notes

In order to indicate specific cost types explicitly as irrelevant for settlement, choose the SAP strategy 01 No automatic generation/manual maintenance in the settlement rule for the relevant source assignments. This is then valid for the fullsettlement.
