In this step you must maintain the planning actions you want to send to the external system. The individual steps taken during a planning run are grouped together, and each group represents a planning action.
Each planning action has its own key and short description. Each action consists of one or more steps, and each step is assigned to a specific action and has its own ID.
The external system determines the sequence of the steps within each action and uses the IDs to keep the steps in the correct order. Parameters are assigned to the specific steps, and the external system identifies them either by name or ID.
The values, steps and parameters are not interpreted by R/3, but are sent to the external system as part of an RFC function call for interpreting.

In the planning action screen, click the new entries button in the menu bar.
Enter the unique identifier and a short description for each action you want to send to the external system.
