Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Case Management (BC-SRV-CM).

This BAdI is used by applications that enhance the case.

Activities

This BAdI is called if a function code was triggered that is not implemented by the standard of the case.

This is true if the pushbutton is customer- or application-specific.

You can create your own pushbutton in the table SCMGFUNCTION by using the maintenance view SCMGV_FUNCTION. If you do so, pay attention to the customer namespace in the table.

In this table you can control exactly when the pushbutton is active (always, only during creation or display, and so on).

The function code is then processed in this BAdI.
