Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Lean Staffing (IS-PRS-LS) component.
You can use this BAdI to display information for an employee in the Information Area of the Forecast application.
This BAdI is called when you do the following:
- Load the Forecast application
The BAdI displays data in the Information Area for the employee who is logged on to the system. - Perform an employee search
The BAdI displays data in the Information Area for the employee that matches the search criteria. - Choose Save in the Forecast application
When the information is based on forecast data, the BAdI updates the Information Area on save. - Navigate from Personal Object Worklists (POWL) or staff assignment
The BAdI displays information for the employee used for navigation.
Requirements
You have already implemented all mandatory Customizing for the Forecast application.

The following example implementation is available:
- CL_SA_TIME_PS_INFO_AREA_SAMPL
The system can pass information to a user by processing the Employee ID and Company code fields.
You can use this example to do the following:
- Avoid maintaining forecast information for certain assignments
- Display summary information on forecasting
