This standard non-exempt model calculates an amount based on a percentage of an employee's net, gross, and basis or flat amounts (or a combination of both).
The non-exempt amount is a flat amount that determines the limit an employee can pay for a debt.
The global non-exempt amount is the highest non-exempt amount of all the debts and determines the maximum amount the employee can pay toward their garnishments.
