Use
This activity is related to a certain kind of metrics, namely PR_COM and PR_DLV, which denote "Problem Report (Communication)" and "Problem Report (Delivery)", respectively. These metrics collect score point reductions assigned by problem reports assigned to one of the metric groups communication and delivery.
In this IMG activity, you specify the maximum number of points that contribute to a score reduction due to problem reports for a given metric group in a period of investigation. These entries are global settings that apply to all suppliers and ship-to locations.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard setup defines maximum values for both metric groups.
Activities
Every table entry defines the maximum score reduction for some metric group:
- You select a metric group.
- You assign the maximum score reduction for this group.
If you create, change, or delete entries in this table, all these changes will affect metric calculations that are performed after the changes have been saved, but not those metric scores that already have been calculated.
