Use
In this activity, you define the metrics that will contribute to the supplier ratings. A metric has an identifier, a description, a relation to a category, and a rule to specify how it is calculated.
Requirements
The category that should be assigned needs to be defined in Metric Categories before it can be used here.
Standard settings
The standard setup includes definitions for the following metrics:
Metric Identifier Description
ASN_ACCUR Accuracy (ASN)
ASN_TIME Timeliness (ASN)
CUM_IMBAL Cumulative Quantity Imbalance
EO_RESP Response to Emergency Order
ONTL_ONT On-time Delivery (line-based alg.)
ONTL_OVDUE Overdue Delivery (line-based alg.)
ONTQ_EARLY Early Delivery (quantity-based alg.)
ONTQ_ONT On-time Delivery (quantity-based alg.)
ONTQ_OVDUE Overdue Delivery (quantity-based alg.)
ONTQ_OVER Overdelivery (quantity-based alg.)
PROMDT_ACC Accuracy (promise date)
PR_COM Problem Report (communication)
PR_DLV Problem Report (delivery)
SA_NONCOMP Non Rule-Compliant Supplier Responses
SHIP_DISCR Shipped Quantity Discrepency
Activities
Maintain the following settings for every metric:
- An identifier that uniquely identifies the metric in this table.
- A medium and a short length text that describes the meaning of the metric.
- A category to which the metric is assigned.
- A specifier for how to perform a lookup of score points. Please note that this setting only applies to metrics that make use of the lookup settings as defined in the IMG activity Score Lookup Table. For other metrics, set the lookup mode to the value "Not Applicable".
The lookup mode determines which end of a lookup interval is specified for this metric in the IMG activity Score Lookup Table. Either the upper limit or the lower limit is specified. This information controls the way how a score is looked up: - If the upper boundary is specified, then the related score value is valid for this and all smaller values in the interval.
- If the lower boundary is specified, then the related value is valid for this and all greater values in the interval.
- The name of an ABAP OO class that implements the calculation rule for this metric. Please note that this class must implement the ABAP OO interface with name
CL_RSSDPR_CALC_METRICCALCALG
.
If you create, change, or delete entries in this table, all these changes will affect metric calculations that are performed after the changes have been saved, but not those ratings that have already been calculated.
