In this Customizing activity, you can create and edit a purpose for label statements, and assign descriptions to them.

After specifying the statement type (footnote, marketing, and so on) for the Ingredient, Component and Qualitative labels, you need to specify a statement purpose that further narrows down the group this statement belongs to. For example, a footnote on a product may have the statement purpose #STORAGE# in case of storage-relevant information; or #BEST_BEFORE# for best before date information.

You can define the statement itself in Phrase Management in EH&S, where you can also assign a long text to it.
