Use

This activity describes how you create a phrase set for the characteristic with phrases assigned that you specified as the characteristic for the declared value statement in the Set Up Connection to Recipe Management activity.

The system uses this characteristic to determine a declared value statement when rounding according to the rounding rules.

Requirements

Standard settings

The characteristic SAP_RMS_LBL_STATEMENT exists in the standard system. This characteristic has phrases assigned, therefore, you have to create a phrase set too.

Activities

Proceed as follows:

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics -> Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Phrase -> Edit Phrase Set.
  2. Create the phrase set SAP_RMS_LBL_STATEMENT.
  3. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics -> Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Phrase -> Edit Phrase Set-to-Attribute Assignment.
  4. Open the property tree RM Nutrient Property Tree (RM_NUTRIEN).
  5. Choose the following properties one after the other and assign the phrase set you created above:
    • Labeling: Rounding Rules (Quantity)
    • Labeling: Rounding Rules (RDA)
  6. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics -> Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Tools -> Match Up Master Data. Select the following checkboxes:
    • Match Up ValAss Type and Char.
    • Activate Phrasing of Characteristics
    • Activate Phrasing of Fields
  7. Choose Execute.

You can now assign phrases that you want to use as declared value statements to this phrase set.

Note

To assign phrases to the phrase set, proceed as follows:

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics -> Environment, Health and Safety -> Basic Data and Tools -> Phrase -> Edit Phrase.
  2. You create a phrase in the phrase group that you are using for the declared value statements.
  3. Choose Phrase Set Assignment and enter the phrase set.
  4. Save your entries.
