Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Labeling (PLM-RM-LBL) component.
You use this BAdI to influence the output settings for the PDF-based print form, for example, you can define whether a printer selection dialog is displayed.
The BAdI is called when you choose Preview on the Package Label List tab page.
The system determines the technical name of the print form and calls the function module that the system created for the form at runtime.
If you changed the interface of the form, for example, you added parameters, you have to adjust the calling place of the BAdI in the coding.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the BAdI implementation CL_RMSL_DI_OUTPUT is activated. The default code is executed automatically.
This BAdI implementation has the following effect:
- The system generates a spool request
- The system displays a preview
- The default printer is used if one exists. If no default printer is available, the system displays the printer selection dialog.
The BAdI is not designed for multiple use. Only the active implementation is called and executed.
The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
Activities
To display the sample code, choose the example displayed in the Implementation Examples screen area in the BAdI Builder.
