Use
In these IMG activities, you configure the general settings for the Recipe Workbench. This includes the following activities:
- Defining object types
- Defining service groups
- Assigning transactions
- Assigning data elements
Work through these steps in the above order.
Standard settings
We recommend that you copy the predefined settings shipped with the system.
Activities
Assign Object Types
For each object type, specify which call type and provider are to be used. You can also assign an icon to each object type.
Define Service Groups
A service groups combines the functions from various object types.
- Enter a description for each service group. You can also specify a URL to display HTML pages in the Workbench.
- Select a service group to assign it different object types. Set the Active checkbox so that the assigned object types can be startedfrom the Workbench. You can use the sequence numbers to change the order of the object types.
Assign Transactions
You can assign separate transactions to certain service groups. In this case, your own transaction should execute the program RMWBP00.
Assign Data Elements
To support Drag&Drop between the navigation and application areas (and vice versa), you can assign an object type and, if necessary, a transaction code to a data element.
