Use
In this IMG activity, you define priorities for weighted inspection characteristics. By doing so, you can maintain an overview of the characteristics that are to be inspected and make your inspections more effective.
The QM formula view displays the characteristic weighting with the highest priority. If the system determines several characteristic weightings with the same priority, it displays the first one that was found.
If you assigned an icon to the characteristic weighting, the system also displays it in the formula view.
Requirements
You have defined the available characteristic weightings in Customizing for Quality Management under Define Characteristic Weighting.
Activities
- Choose a characteristic weighting
- Define the priority by assigning a positive whole number. The higher the number, the lower the priority. More than one characteristic weighting may have the same priority.
- Assigning icons is optional. For a list of available icons, choose transaction icon.
