Use
In this IMG activity, you specify which compositions the system uses in formula explosion. You can specify the following here:
- You can specify for the various reaction categories and for formulas without a reaction whether the system reads compositions from the following formula views in formula explosion:
Explosion Scope Formula View
CMP Composition (CMP)
NTR_CMP Nutrients (NTR_CMP)
OOP_S Ingredients (OOP_S)
For the explosion scope NTR_CMP, you can also specify the Ingredients formula view for the Standard Reaction reaction category. This means that for formulas with standard reactions, the system reads the ingredients in formula explosion. It then determines the nutrients that are defined for the ingredients in specification management. When it determines this nutrient data, the system uses the standard usage for the Nutrients formula view (see Specify Formula View Parameters). In this case, you can no longer choose the standard data source in the Nutrients formula view. This is the data source whose usage assignment corresponds to the standard usage of the Nutrients formula view (see Specify Data Sources).
Caution:
- Specifying views other than the specified formula views or specifying formula views for explosion scopes other than the specified explosion scopes is not meaningful and is not supported.
- When you specify a formula view, you must specify for the corresponding reaction category that the view is ready for input in the IMG activity Specify Formula View Parameters. The system does not save data for views that are not ready for input in the database; it always determines the data from scratch each time you call the view. Thus the system does not find any data in the formula explosion for a view that is not ready for input.
Recommendation:
- We recommend that you do not specify formula views for the explosion scopes CMP and NTR_CMP, but that you read the data from the property tree instead (see next point).
- You can specify a value assignment type for the following explosion scopes, from which the system reads the composition for the substances it has determined in the formula explosion via the explosion scope:
- CMP
- DIE_CMP
- NTR_CMP
If you specify a formula view and a value assignment type for an explosion scope, the system reads the data from the formula view first. If no data exists there, it reads the data from the specified value assignment type.
- With the Comp. Data indicator, you can specify whether the Composition formula view must contain a composition or whether the system can also transfer the substance found to the explosion result instead of the composition.
Standard settings
The following value assignment types are supplied with the system for compositions:
- Standard composition (SAP_EHS_1012_003)
- Diet suitability (SAP_RMS_1012_010)
- Nutrient composition (SAP_RMS_1012_005)
