Use
In this IMG activity, you activate the formula views that you want to use in your enterprise. The formula views are available as tab pages for formula editing, and you can specify the sequence of the tab pages and how they are displayed here.
If you also want to use your own views in addition to the standard views, define a separate function group for data processing for each of the views.
Standard settings
The standard views for the formula are active in the standard system. Do not change the programs and screens assigned to these views. You can, however, change all other attributes or deactivate a view if you do not need it.
Note:
In addition to the Input and Output view, the standard system also contains the I/O Materials and I/O Substances views for entering material and substance data. These views enable you to enter material and substance data separately. These views are not active in the standard system and we recommend that you use the Input and Output view because it simplifies data entry and because the I/O Materials and I/O Substances views will not be developed any further in the future. However, you can only activate either the Input and Output view or the I/O Materials and I/O Substances views. A later change from the I/O Materials and I/O Substances views to the Input and Output view is not possible because the data entered separately cannot be automatically merged in one view subsequently.
