Use
In this IMG activity, you define statuses which correspond to customer-defined statuses of SAP Records Management.
The Public Sector Document business object provides the field STATUS. This is centrally modelled at SAP and has a field length of 2 characters. SAP Records Management, however, works with a status (technical name SRM_STATE) that allows three characters and allows customer-defined statuses. Therefore each customer status in the back-end must be allocated a status with two characters.
Requirements
Standard settings
Entries for SAP standard statuses have been defined.
Activities
For each customer-defined status, add a unique two-character status.
The two-character statuses defined in this table are now available for use in the Public Sector Document services.
