Use

In this IMG activity, you define the document type, which is the identifier for the RMS ID and the SPS ID of the enterprise service mapping. The RMS ID and the SPS ID are used in the Find Public Sector Document Simple By Elements and the Create Public Sector Document service operations. You also define the RuleName field, which is used in the Create Public Sector Document service operation.

To allow the use of document statuses, the element name for the document must have the connection parameter STATE_PROFILE_ID defined in the registry.

These Customizing settings are only checked during the runtime of the service, when they are checked against the settings of the Record Management system. Ensure that these Customizing settings are identical with the settings in the Record Management system.
