Use
In this IMG activity you define which document templates in the folder model should be offered for selection. You need to define a profile in the folder model node for the context parameter TEMPLATE_PROFILE.
Requirements
- You use the documents service provider which the context parameter TEMPLATE_PROFILE makes available. You can check this in the registry.
- You have assigned the document templates required to a profile in the IMG activity Manage Document Templates.
Standard settings
The standard service provider for documents in Public Sector Records Management has the context parameter required. The attribute TEMPLATE_PROFILE is automatically generated when you use the document service provider in the folder model.
Activities
Define the value of a template profile for the parameter TEMPLATE_PROFILE in the folder model node. It is also possible to define multiple profiles. Then the document templates of all profiles are offered.
When you create a document from the folder, the profile defined here is read and the document templates defined in it are offered for selection. In this case, the templates defined in the registry are overridden.
