Use

In this IMG activity, you define the screen control for the process route dialog.

Requirements

Standard settings

You can use the settings defined for screen control in the standard system.

Activities

Check whether the screen control delivered meets your requirements.

If you need to create your own screen control, proceed as follows:

  1. Specify for which application you want to use screen control.
    1. To define screen control for the process route of the case (See PSRM terminology), you have to enter the activity area SCMG.
    2. To define screen control for the process route of the incoming post item, enter the activity area RMPSPE.
  2. Enter a column ID.
    Note that the each column must have a different ID.
  3. Define the column headers for the process route.
  4. Define the fields you want to be displayed in the process route.
    You can use all fields in the tables SRMWFPTHPS and SRMWFPTHFIELDS.
    You can insert your own fields in the table SRMWFPTHFIELDS using the include CI_SRMWFPTHFIELDS.
  5. Define which fields should be formatted for the display.
    Example
    If you select organizational unit as the display for the field AGENT with the value "USMUSTERMANN", the field contents from the user master record are displayed as the short text "Max Mustermann".
    If you select organization type as the display for the field AGENT with the value "USMUSTERMANN", the field contents are displayed as SAP users with the corresponding icon.
  6. Enter the length of the field and the place where it should appear in the field.
