Use
You can use this IMG activity to specify the activities and activity functions of the process route.
Activity: The person who creates a process route has to assign an activity to each process route item. You use this IMG activity to determine which activities are available for selection.
Activity function: The person who executes a process route item can use the pushbuttons to choose an activity function for the activity to execute. Example: For the activity Co-Signature, there are the activity functions Co-Sign, Co-Sign Under Condition, Do Not Co-Sign, and Not Responsible. You can use this IMG activity to determine which activity functions a user can select when executing an activity.

The columns have the following meaning:
Activity:
Unique name for the activity
Activity:
Text for the activity
Task:
You can enter the following workflow tasks delivered in the standard system:
- TS75507915 Display case
- TS75507914 Process case
- TS78800018 Case: External Step
- (See PSRM terminology).
Class:
Entries for class are not required.
Maintaining the Activity Functions
Select a row with the activity for which you want to create activity functions, and choose Maintain the Functions on the left-hand navigation bar. The columns have the following meaning:
Activity:
Technical name of the activity for which your want to create activity functions
Activity function:
Unique name for the activity function
Function:
Text for the activity function
This text appears on the pushbuttons that the user sees when executing the activity.
Output:
Text for the output of the activity function
This text appears on a second hierarchy level beneath the element that the activity references after the user has chosen the relevant pushbutton. In this way, the execution of the process route item is documented.
Icon:
Icon that is displayed in addition to the text on the pushbutton
Note: You can create as many activity functions as you want for one activity.
