Use

In this IMG activity, you define the status values assigned to a status profile, and the order in which a user can set these status values. Starting from the initial status, a status can have one, none, or multiple possible successors.

The system analyzes the status network if the user makes an entry for the Status in a record. The user can only select a status that is defined as a successor status for the current status in the status network.

Requirements

You must already have defined status values and a status profile.

Standard settings

Activities

Use the F4 help to select the status profile, a current status, and a successor status. If you want to assign more than one status values to a status profile, then you must enter the same status profile again as often as required.
