Use
In this IMG activity you can create permitted values for fileplan items, cases (TNA: folder), parts or documents. You can subdivide objects into security categories and thereby control access authorization.
The authorization level is a field (SCMG_LVL) in the authorization object PS_RMPSPGE of Records and Case Management. The values that you define in this IMG activity can be entered in the authorization object for field SCMG_LVL.
Requirements
To avoid errors when making entries, you must have flagged case attribute SECURE_LEVEL in the attribute profile used (IMG activity Create Attribute Profile) as drop-down for the display.
Standard settings
By default, authorization levels 0-4 are delivered.
Activities
If you want to use different authorization levels, create your own values and then save.
