Use
You use this IMG activity to define event-driven notifications for specific recipients. If you want to notify multiple recipients of an event, enter a separate number for each entry in the field Counter.
Records and Case Management supports event-driven e-mail notifications for the following events:
- VITALRECDUEREVIEW
Reviews of vital records for the RMPS standard DoD (US Department of Defense)
- LINKSCHANGED
Changes made to assigned documents (such as the creation of links)
The events can be triggered by an appropriate program action (such as in the program (such as RMPS_VITAL_RECORDS).
Requirements
You have activated event control for the event in the table SWFDVEVTY1. You can also call this table in the Determine Data Update for Disposal Changes
