Use

In this IMG activity you can define closing rules for closing and creating parts. You can then assign these rules to the folders in the electronic desk.

Activities

Create your own rules as follows:

  1. Define the key and description (field Text) of a closing rule.

    The descriptions of the closing rules defined here are displayed in the electronic desk in a dropdown box.

  2. Choose the event of a closing rule. If you select a closing rule with variables, define the variable value in the field Argument .
  3. Define whether a new part should be created when a part is closed with indicator NB (new part).
  4. Save your entries.
