Use
When creating a folder from the fileplan, the case type that you assigned to the RMS ID is used. This is also where the SPS ID of the part is defined.
The folder type determines the folder model of the case folder.
Here you can define more case types that are offered when a folder is created. You can also define the SPS ID of the part and a folder model for the part.
Requirements
You have created the corresponding case types.
You have created the basic settings for the RMS ID in table "Type of RMS ID".
Standard settings
Activities
Here you define more case types. The SPS ID of the part is optional. If no part SPS ID is specified, the part SPS ID that was defined in the table "Type of RMS ID" is used in field part SPS.
It is also optional whether you specify a folder model; a default is used here also. The default for the folder model is either the folder model specified in the table "Type of RMS-ID" or, if none is specified, the folder model defined as the connection parameter for the part SPS ID.
