Use
During creation of a case from an incoming post item using the activity Assign -> Create and Assign Case, the system inserts the new case created in the record assigned previously.
The case is inserted in the record at the first occurrence of an anchor that you define here.
Requirements
You have created the record models required for records to which you assign the cases in which incoming post items are recorded. You have defined the positions at which cases can be recorded in record models.
Standard settings
The entry * is available in the standard system shipped. The anchor * is used even if no entry is available. This requires the anchor * to be available in the record models for the records used.
Activities
Assign the anchor to be used when assigning the new case created to a record to the key POST CASE.
