Use

When a part is closed, a check can run to see whether all documents in the part are declared.

Requirements

Standard settings

By default, the check does not run.

Activities

The system reaction to undeclared documents in closed parts is configured using message control.

Enter the required system reaction for message 054:

  • No check: space or "-"
  • Cancel close and display an error message: "A"
  • Cancel close or offer the option of declaring all undeclared documents: "E"
  • Continue with close and offer the option of declaring a selection of the undeclared documents: "W"
  • Continue with close and offer the option of displaying all undeclared documents: "I"
