Use
For various service providers, you can define whether certain pushbuttons are displayed at the element type level.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Determine the function code of the function you want to hide. If you use the "Electronic Desk for Customizing" transaction, these function codes are shown as tooltips.
To hide the function, enter the function code in the connection parameter RMPS_FCODE_HIDE.
Optional functions are hidden initially. Enter the function codes of optional functions you want to be displayed in the connection parameter RMPS_FCODE_SHOWOPT.

The service providers for records, documents, and incoming post items provide the function described here.
The Record service provider also provides the following optional functions:
- PS_SUP_HLEVEL - Display higher-level object (e.g. record or case)
- PS_RESUBMISSIONS - Display and edit resubmissions of object
The Document service provider provides the following optional functions:
- PS_RESUBMISSIONS - Display and edit resubmissions of object
