Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Records and Case Management component (CA-GTF-RCM). You can use this BAdI to determine how the system processes incoming post item attributes for e-mails.
This BAdI contains the method VIS_DEFINE_GET Change Visualization Definition of E-Mail Attributes.
Requirements
Standard settings
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enh. Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
BAdI Implementations
This BAdI uses the default implementation class CL_RMPS_EMAIL_POST_ITEM_BADI. You can override this default implementation with your own implementation or deactivate it by creating an empty implementation.
SAP provides the following example implementation: CL_RMPS_EMAIL_POST_ITEM_BADI Processing of E-Mail Attributes.
