Use

In this IMG activity, you can manage document templates by combining them in profiles.

Note: To use a profile after you create it, you must enter it in the registry for a document element type. Enter it as a value of the parameter TEMPLATE_PROFILE.

Activities

Make the following entries:

  • Key

    Numbering of the document templates in a profile

  • Profile

    User-defined name of the profile

  • Document ID

    ID of the document that you want to provide as a template. You can manage any number of documents in a profile.

    • The document ID of a document stored in the Knowledge Provider comprises <name of the document class (LOIO class of the content model)> <object ID (GUID)>. You can retrieve this information from the activity Details in the template document.
    • The doument ID of a document stored via WebDav is the URL of the document.
