Use
In this Customizing activity, you can activate the use of attribute templates for a selection of documents (class type of documents).
Attribute templates make it easier for you to create documents by allowing you to enter default values for document attributes. You edit the respective default values for document attributes in the electronic desk. For more information, see the SAP Library for Records and Case Management under Attribute Templates for Documents.
Requirements
Standard settings
No attribute templates are supplied in the standard system shipped.
Activities
You activate the use of attribute templates by assigning the attribute RMPSU_ATTRIBUTE_TEMPLATE to the respective class type of document. Define the following input values:
Field Usage
Language Key Logon language in which you are working.
Class type Class type for respective documents (see DMWB)
Attribute for a document RMPSU_ATTRIBUTE_TEMPLATE (Attribute for attribute templates)
Short description Field label for attribute templates in the attribute overview (for example Attribute template)
