Use
You can activate the functions "Goto Folder" and "Goto Case" system-wide in the work basket.
Requirements
You have completed the Customizing of the service provider for folder and case, or have at least created the service provider.
Standard settings
SAP delivers the functions activated.
The standard service providers delivered by SAP are assigned.
Activities
The "Goto ..." function implements the search for an attribute of a service provider. All element types of the current RMS ID are searched. The value entered, if necessary with the wildcards "*" and "+", is passed on to the search for an attribute for all element types. The hit list is displayed in a simple list from which you can select an entry for display. If there is only one entry, it is displayed immediately.
You need to make two entries in the table of the central parameters in Customizing.
To search for cases PSDESKBC in the form element type-field.
To search for folders PSDESKBR in the form element type,field.
The corresponding pushbutton is not displayed for an empty entry.
Example
You have created your own service provider ZRM_PS_SP_REC for folders and want to activate the appropriate "Goto" function for this service provider.
You need to make the following entry in the table of the central parameters:
