Use

In this IMG activity, you define the structure of the worklist. The worklist is a sub-area of the work area work basket along with file and resubmission.

In the worklist, elements to be processed for a specific area (for example, incoming post item) are grouped together in a folder in a list. The individual folders can take the status of the element into account.

The worklist is like a "paper-clip" for the individual elements that are to be processed and manages the list of the elements to be processed, their status and the tasks to be carried out for them.

The user can select individual elements for processing from the list.

The structure Desk (DOMEA) is defined in the standard system.

We recommend that you work with this worklist structure.

Activities

  1. Check whether the structure defined in the standard system suits your requirements.
  2. Adjust the structure to your requirements or define new structures if necessary.

    Note:

    • The structure of the worklist is user-dependent, not role-dependent. If you define your own structures, the user can select one of the structures you defined for the worklist in the electronic desk from the value help for the field Desk using Goto -> Settings.
    • You can only group items of the same type in a folder, for example, workflow or active resubmission.
