Use
In this IMG activity, you assign particular process route activities (see PSRM terminology) to an activity type and signature type.
The type of activity has a particular action in the system.
For example, for the type final signature, the final signatory is determined automatically in the document template and for the activity to the records, all documents of a case are automatically set to "Cannot be Changed".
The type of signature determines how the user has to confirm the activity to be executed. If you do not enter a type, the user can confirm without any further action.
Requirements
The activities of the process route are defined in the IMG activity "Define Activities and Activity Functions for Process Route".
Standard settings
In the standard system , the activities delivered PS_ZDA (final signature) and PS_SCHZ (to the records) are assigned to the type of activity final signature and to the records for the area SCMG (Case Management).
You can only make settings for the area SCMG.
Activities
- Check that the settings in the standard system meet your requirements.
- If you have defined own activities for the process route, check whether you have to assign an activity type for each activity.
Note:
If you do not assign the activity type final signature for the process route activity final signature, the name of the final signatory does not appear in the document template.
If you do not define a signature type for an activity of the process route, the user can confirm without any further action.
