Use
In this IMG activity, you create organizational objects for the authorization check for the defined organizational levels. In this way, you can further differentiate the authorizations in your organizational structure for each level.
In the IMG activity "Organizational Units Assign Organizational Obj. for Authorization Check", you assign the organizational objects for the authorization check to the organizational units of the SAP organizational structure.

The organizational levels for the authorization check are defined.

Create the organizational objects required for your authorization concept.
Example
The authorization should only be checked at department level in your organization. Create an organizational object for each department whose documents should be check for a specific department.
