Use

In addition to the authorization objects of Records and Case Management which facilitate the definition of complex authorizations, there are other authorizations objects relevant for using the user interfaces.

The system checks the authorization objects S_OC_ROLE and S_OC_FOLCR for the processing of the files on the electronic desk (transaction SCASEPS). These files are SAPoffice folders. Note that a SAPoffice administrator can create files (folders).
