Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the selection criteria for the variants of the order information system offered for selection in the iView Worklist in the portal.
The iView Worklist is populated with content from the lists of the order information system in the backend system. The main difference between the lists of the order info system and the lists in the worklist of the portal is that in the order info system all selection criteria are visible on the initial screen of the transaction and can be entered directly on the initial screen. In the portal, on the other hand, only those variants are offered for selection in the query definition whose properties (parameter values) agree with the criteria maintained in this activity.
For this reason, you must make all relevant settings for the preparation of the lists that are to be displayed in the worklist in the portal here:
Specify one of the following lists:
- Component list (PI)
- Component list (PP)
- Component list for the planned orders of repetitive manufacturing
- List of materials/production versions
- Operation/phase list
- Operation list (PP)
- Order list (PI)
- Order list (PP)
- Planned order list (repetitive manufacturing)
- Production list (PI)
- Production list (PP)
- Production list (repetitive manufacturing)
In the Variant Name field, you can specify a variant that you have defined for the order information system. The variant name is used to delimit the values offered in the iView Worklist in the F4 Help.
If you set the User-Specific indicator, only those variants that the current user created are offered for selection.
You can specify the order category that is to be displayed in the worklist in the portal. The specified order category causes only variants for this order category to be offered in the F4 Help for variant selection. For example, you can specify production orders as the order category. In this case only variants for production orders will be offered.
You can specify the list type from the order info system that is to be displayed in the worklist.
