Use

Define Annual Tax Rate

This settings enables to defined Annual Tax Rate for Property Tax calculation on different levels with respect of various ways of defining of local regulations.

Requirements

Standard settings

You can define Tax Rate on different level both

  • Tax Rates (defined by law)
  • Municipal regulation (defined by local authorities)

At the time of Property Tax calculation, Tax Rate is obtained according following priority order (Tax Rate determination behaves similarilly to condition tables).

  • 1. Company Code, Municipality, Cadastral District, Property Category, Property Type, Year from
  • 2. Company Code, Municipality, District, Property Category, Property Type, Year from
  • 3. Company Code, Municipality, Property Category, Property Type, Year from
  • 4. Company Code, Property Category, Year from

Remark: If no Tax Rate is retrieved, system tries to obtain it by the same way replacing Municipality by Tax Administrator (if differs from Municipality).

For the Tax Rate, Property Category is segmented as follows

  • Land
  • Building
  • Flat
  • Non-flat area
