Use

Define Price of Land

This settings enables to defined Price of Land for Property Tax calculation on different levels with respect of various ways of defining of local regulations.

Requirements

Standard settings

            Property type A, B

Price of land must be defined on level of

  • Company Code
  • Municipality
  • Cadastral District
  • Property Type
  • Year From

            Property type C, F, G, H

Price of land must be defined on level of

  • Company Code
  • Municipality
  • Property Type
  • Year From

            Property type D, E

Price of land must be defined not here, but on master data level of certain Real Estate object

Remark: During tax calculation, if no Price of Land is obtained, system tries to obtain it again replacing Municipality by Tax Administrator (if is not the same as Municipality).
