Use
In Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), there is no longer a field for entering occupancy obligation. Instead, you can define new fixtures and fittings characteristics for occupancy obligation. The system can then generate these for rental objects in RE-FX dependent on the occupancy obligation field on the rental unit in Classic RE.

In the previous step, the system analyzed where occupancy obligation entries exist on Classic RE rental units, and stored this information in this table. You have to process this table in this step.
For each entry in the table, specify the key for the fixtures and fittings characteristic in RE-FX. If the fixtures and fittings characteristic does not already exist, it is created during the migration. The system then assigns the appropriate fixtures and fittings characteristic to the rental objects based on the value in the Occupancy Obligation field.
